When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, property preferences, visit request and any message you provide. We also record the enquiry’s source and campaign tags, when available, to understand how people find us.
How your information is used
Sanrachnaa Realty uses these details to respond to your enquiry, suggest relevant properties, arrange visits and keep track of your property search. By submitting a form and selecting the consent box, you agree to contact about that enquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp. Submission does not subscribe you to an unrelated marketing list.
Who can access it
Authorised members of our team can access enquiries through a protected dashboard. Hosting and email providers may process information to operate this service. We do not sell your contact details. If a property owner or developer needs information to arrange a visit, we will discuss that with you first.
Cookies and device storage
Essential session cookies keep forms secure and support team sign-in. Saved properties are stored in your browser on this device. Campaign information may be held for the browser session. The app may store public styles, scripts, images and an offline page for performance; it does not intentionally cache enquiry forms or dashboard data. You can clear browser storage to remove saved properties and cached files.
Your choices
